Interim Project Management Consultant
How I helped a university in the north of England review the provision at one of their satellite campuses.
I devised and managed a project with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, across workstreams covering stakeholder engagement, curriculum, student experience, estates and facilities, finance, and HR/legal governance.
Engaging with local and national educational strategy and policy, I worked with key stakeholders, including local government, the Local Enterprise Partnership, and property and planning advisors.
I produced a substantial final report, including recommendations to the university council on the future shape of the campus’s higher education offer.
